Preparing

I seem to be doing a lot of preparing at the moment. This week so far I have prepared worship (nothing unusual there), I have preprared my 'Final Report' and begun preparing the slides for our 'Congregational Gatherings.' This afternoon I have to finish preparing said slides and prepare a talk I am doing for the local Probus Club on Tuesday. Once that is done I have to prepare the liturgy for Communion on Thursday and prepare worship for next Sunday. I also want to start preparing a CV and the order for the ALL Age service a week on Sunday. Lots to do, lots of preparation.

And all of it is preparation for the future......

Preparation takes various formats - what I have listed above are all quite tangible - you will see/hear the results....some other things won't or can't be seen but still need to be done. Our minds are becoming quite focussed on the future at the moment. The future is approaching at a scary rate..... but heck it's exciting!!!!
