Hi, my name is Shuna and I am a ragdoll!
Flawed and wounded, broken and bent, but whole and lovely to God - just like you my ragdoll friend.
My blog is an attempt to be more reflective. To date I have always found reflection very useful but have not been good at reflecting often enough. I am approaching the last months of probation as I complete my training to become a Church of Scotland minister. During this time I have been reflecting and using this blog as my open expression of this. This space is where I lay out my thoughts and sometimes, even my soul.
The view and opinions stated in this blog are entirely mine and do not necessarily reflect those of the Church of Scotland or any other organisation that I may be connected with.

Seeking a Love Beyond Reason
God loves us - despite our flaws. I hope that my words can express the journey and search for understanding this ragdoll continues to make. Sometimes the words will be mine and sometimes I will borrow from those whose talent for words is greater. Together I pray we can enjoy our search and grow in faith.

1. Find bag piper (we have one in our church (he doesnt play on sundays but might be called in for special appearance)
2. Crank up the drums guitar and bass
3. turn off the keyboard
4. get the guys in church who cannot sing but can shout really loud to play in the worship team.

lol finding a piper is no problem - I live in the highlands! I am more worried about the old dears and their pacemakers....
Where in the Highlands are you?
Just on the edge really - a wee place called Keith - its half way between Aberdeen and Inverness. Although I am based at a church in Elgin.
Cool we considered church planting into inverness but are now thinking God is calling us to go church plant in Canada.
